Royston Guest is the Sales & Marketing Director of Pti International – widely regarded as the UK’s leading Business and Personal Growth Organisation.

Royston also holds a number of non-executive directorships in a portfolio of fast growth businesses in the UK.

He joined Pti in early 2000 after a successful career in business development, mergers & acquisitions and project management.

Royston’s career started in the construction industry working both in the UK and the USA. His initial role with HBG (Higgs & Hill), Jarvis and Balfour Beatty International was as a project manager and trouble-shooter on major projects.

Royston then moved into Sales & Business Development focusing on organic and acquisitive growth for a major plc business.

Prior to setting up Pti Royston specialised for 3 years in Mergers and Acquisitions in continental Europe. This involved the full integration of the companies into the new plc business with key responsibility for driving business growth and substantial increases in profitability.

Royston consults with a diverse portfolio of Clients including a number of FTSE 100 Companies (14% over the past 12 months) – helping those organisations and individuals to achieve accelerated and sustainable growth.
