Sandy Mohonathan is currently the HR Director for Microsoft South Africa.  She has gained much of her HR experiences, both locally in South Africa and internationally working for mult-inationals. Some of the many great learning  opportunities Sandy has had in her HR career include:

On the personal side…
Sandy has 2 children, aged 17 (Brecht Cameron) and 19 (Denielle Courtney) and has been married to Claude for 22 years. She is passionate about life and distributes her time between her husband, teenagers, the outdoors, social gatherings, scrap booking, arts/craft, yoga, meditation and HR networking /knowledge transfer - mentoring and coaching the next generation of HR Leadership.
