Sajeed Sacranie: CEO, Virgin Mobile South Africa

Sajeed was born in Malawi and spent his formative years there.  He has spent most of his professional career in the UK where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and then specialised in banking, corporate finance and venture capital.

His association with the Virgin Group began in 1998 and over the last 8 years he has advised the Group on a variety of ventures in the telecoms, technology media and travel sectors.  He managed the Virgin Mobile project since inception and was appointed as CEO of Virgin Mobile South Africa in March 2006. 

Sajeed is 43 years old, married, lives in Johannesburg, has 4 children and therefore has little time to play golf.
